Bear Industrial Supply & Manufacturing's primary business is the machining and manufacturing of products for various industries including the well water and environemntal well water industries. Our products are used by several cross related industries including the capture of methane gas, dewatering and mining. 

We employ a wide variety of skilled and unskilled labor including CNC machinist,  manual tool machinist and welder.  We also have a diversifed management and sales team.
