From Job Shop to Production Shop

BEAR started out primarily doing Job Shop or Custom Work but today we have developed our processes and products to carry many standard items that we keep in stock.  This catalogue is a representation of our standard products.  Our goal is to continue to maintain the “Get the Job Done – Any Hour, Any Day” mentality and stay committed to being a strong Job Shop.  But we are also committed to developing our standard products and doing it in a way that we are competitive and efficient. We continue to strive to improve our processes and quality to provide the very best products and services possible.

Scope of Services

Our Production shop has both CNC and Manual lathes, slotters and perforating machines.  This allows us to produce a wide variety of both custom and standards products.  We have the ability to turn threads on pipe from ½” up to 12” and to slot and perforate pipe from ½” to 24”.   We can work with PVC, CPVC, HDPE or any other thermoplastic material, Low Carbon Steel Products, Stainless Steel and Stainless Steel Wire Wrapped pipe.
